On June 29, we received a response from the Central Office of Measures to our inquiry regarding the interpretation of the guide published by DG MOVE. In this reply, the COM informs that the European Commission expects Member States to comply with the recommendations in an appropriate and reasonable manner from the date of publication of the abovementioned guide.
