In the coming weeks, Toll Collect will be carrying out a replacement action for Grundig on-board units. As a result, the vehicles or users concerned will receive a control command from us with the analysis code 25. The on-board unit must be replaced.
In the case of Grundig on-board devices, it is not necessary to create an online inquiry as well as to obtain consent for an exchange.
If the on-board unit is already blocked (the display shows "LOCK DE"), the blockade will be automatically cancelled when the Grundig on-board unit is replaced.
The services will be settled as a "Guarantee case" according to Annex 4 to the cooperation agreement with the service partners.
