UTPNX is not associated with display that you operate it with (HMI - Human Machine Interface).
It cooperates with many devices equipped with WiFi and Internet browser (Android, Windows, iOS).
You don't have to worry that your tester will get old.
If the display breaks, the battery runs out or the electronics gets damaged..
you can simply REPLACE THE HMI with a new one.
In addition, the NX system includes over 20 years of experience in the production of tachograph testers.
UTPNX is the successor of the popular UTP-10 tester and programmer, produced by MATT automotive for over 20 years.
The device has a durable plastic and aluminium alloy housing, which is placed in a silicone rubber cover. Includes a durable backlit keyboard, OLED screen, status LED strip, chip card slot and two USB-C slots. The device uses the latest technology such as: OLED display, webapp function, WiFi, BT and SubGHz wireless connectivity.
The UTPNX tester is designed to install, check and perform inspections and repairs of analogue (1324) and digital tachographs installed in the vehicle as well as at the control stand.
RedNX is a workshop service program where one creates orders, send them to UTPNX and then all data (pre / post calibration, data from the workshop card, events and faults, DTC errors) is automatically assigned to a given order. The program allows to print a number of reports and inserts. There is also a smart seals management module.
The program consists of two elements:
RedNX mini - desktop application
RedNX cloud - cloud application.
UTPNX tester functions:
- Installation, checking, inspection and repair as well as programming of tachographs at the control stand and in the vehicle
- Support for digital 1B/1C and programmable (1324*) tachographs
- Automatic recognition of the connected tachograph (depends on the type)
- Determination of the w coefficient characteristic for vehicles with electronic tachographs:
- using the Automatic Measuring Track - AMT
- using the rolling roads station, i.e.: ROLMATT, or any other brake tester equipped with ROLMATT module (from UTPNX 2.0 version) - Checking the motion sensor
- Downloading data from tachograph: calibration data, events & faults, DTC errors
- Deleting DTC errors
- Entering the workshop card PIN automatically
- Downloading data from workshop card, driver card (option)
- Frequency speed simulation
- Simulation of travelled distance with a given speed
- Measurement of the relative increase of the tachograph clock error
- Recording of the measured and collected parameters in the internal memory
- Sending data to PC using cable or wirelessly (data for MATTNX Red software)
